Water Filling
Clean Screen™ Pre-Filter
Ensure the best possible water every time you fill your spa. Attach the Clean Screen Pre- Filter to your garden hose to filter out organic impurities, dirt and metals such as copper, manganese, and iron before they reach your spa. This product is recommended for use with the FreshWater® salt system and is essential when filling water from a well.
Vanishing Act™ Calcium Remover Bag
Reduces water hardness without adding chemicals. Soft water makes the skin feel silkier and helps protect your HotSpring components from the harmful effects of hard water. This is especially important when using the FreshWater Salt System.
Water Testing
5-way Test Strips
Five-component strips. Quickly check and monitor levels of free chlorine, total bromine, pH, alkalinity and total water hardness levels in your spa using these easy-to-use tests.
Salt Level Tests
Test the sodium chloride (salt) level. For use with the FreshWater® salt system.
Phosphate Tests
Tests phosphate levels in spa water from 0 to 2500 ppb. This product is recommended for use with the FreshWater® Salt System.

Concentrated Chlorinating Granules
This efficient sanitizer is popular because it is completely water-soluble, shelf stable and nearly pH neutral.
Freshwater AG+ Silver
Mineral purifier. The continuous silver ion purifier reduces the need for chlorine by inhibiting bacteria growth. Silver ions are automatically released into the water, so there's no risk of under or over-dosing. Simply replace the cartridge every four months. This product is recommended for use with all HotSpring spas, but not suitable for use with the Freshwater IQ Intelligent Water Monitoring System.
pH Plus / pH Minus
It's important to maintain the pH range from 7.2 to 7.8 in your spa. pH Plus will raise low pH and protect against the risk of damaging spa jets and equipment. A high pH reading can cause cloudy or discolored water.
Chlorine-Free Oxidizer - MPS
This fast-acting formula refreshes and maintains water in the spa. Additionally, it is pH neutral, so it does not alter water parameters.
Cleaning and Tub Care
Stain & Scale Defense
Prevent calcium build-up. Prevent calcium from depositing on spa surfaces and reduce the risk of stains and mineral buildup.
Defoamer
Remove foam caused by soaps, oils, and other contaminants that naturally enter hot tub during use.
